Four new draft campaigns (C29–C32) lined up to test the broker-dealer custom-demo CTA across home office, branch ops, due diligence, and advisor service. Below: the 16 active campaigns currently in market and the suppression / launch guardrails the new tests will follow before any send.
Four new Apollo drafts staged for the broker-dealer custom-demo CTA. Same hook across all four — the deck is what gets swapped per surface. None are created in Apollo yet; this is the approval gate before any list build or send.
Sortable across the 16 currently-active Apollo sequences. Relative bars show each campaign vs. the leader on that metric. Click a column header to re-sort; "loading" values are Apollo refreshes in flight as of the snapshot.

The standing pre-flight checklist before C29–C32 — or any future row on this sheet — gets enrolled in Apollo. Sourced directly from the sheet's notes tab.
This sheet is planning / review only. No Apollo campaigns were created, launched, enrolled, or sent from this run.
Each new row uses a custom-demo CTA so you can attach a custom broker-dealer deck separately. Hook is consistent across C29–C32; the deck is what gets swapped per surface.
New campaign codes continue the prior sequence after C25–C28 — this batch is C29 through C32. Keep the C## convention so Apollo and the sheet stay aligned.
Run suppression before any Apollo setup: customers, active opportunities, DNC / unsubscribed / bounced, recent direct outreach, active sequence, duplicates, sensitive blocks, and parent-BD overexposure.
Approve which two BD hooks should go first, attach the custom deck / demo URLs, then build source-backed lists and create Apollo sequences paused / inactive. The other two can stage immediately behind the chosen pair.
